If my sing-song memory serves me correctly, we lived at 557 Cramerton, I remember it being several floors up. I believe we were there from 74-77 and I vividly remember the underpass and smelling stinkbombs!

We lived in 569 #5 Cramerton from 1963-1965 or 66. From the dining room windows I could see a graveyard, I was very young. I remember the competitions to "beautify" the front areas of the apartment buildings. I also remember playing with lots of kids in the snow on a big playground, making snow forts. We went in to "Germantown" but the kids there would not play with us.

My family and I lived in Cramerton, Building 540 Apt 14. Our building stood alone and was in front of the playground and laundromat. My daughters attended Augsburg Elementary. I was stationed at Field Station Augsburg at Gablingen Kaserne. My unit was on Sheridan Kaserne. I met wonderful people there and have great memories. Loved Augsburg. It was the perfect duty station.
